GIFT CERTIFICATE​

    Give a gift of quilting this season!  You can choose amounts from $10 to $200 and your gift recipient can use the quilting gift certificate for longarm quilting services, toward class enrollment fees, or a combination of both.  Fill out the information below and Jackie will e:mail you an attractive Gift Certificate that you can print and give to your recipient.  The Gift Certificates should be used by within one year of issuance.  Your recipient will LOVE this quilting gift!
    Pay for your Gift Certificate by clicking on the SUBMIT button and following these instructions.

    On-line Payment Instructions:   When you click on submit,  you will be redirected to a secure payment portal where you will make your gift certification amount selection and make payment.  Follow the instructions there very carefully and I will receive your order.  I will send the Gift Certificate to you within 24 hours of your order.    

    Mailing Check Instructions:  If you are going to mail your check to Jackie's Sewing Service, complete the form below and click Submit.  You must click the submit button to place your order, upon doing so you will be redirected to the payment portal.  Once you are there, simply close the payment portal and mail your check in the desired amount and mail to Jackie at the address shown below along with your email address.  Please be advised that the closer we get to Christmas, the mail order process may take longer than we have.  Whatever the case, I will email the Gift Certificate to you as soon as I receive your payment.  Thank you.
