OPTION #1
Work on Your Own Project $280
OPTION #2
 Strippy Star - $290

This wonderful quilt will be among your all-time favorites.  The center star itself is super fast and relatively easy.  There are 8 Y seams, which can be somewhat challenging, but I will guide you all the way.  The 20 blocks around the star are made with 25 pieces, somewhat routine and repetitive work.  Consequently, they take quite awhile to make.  There will be some optional and easier blocks from which to choose to replace if you desire.  Directions will be included for a 56 x 56 wallhanging; Twin and Queen sizes will be available to make the quilt that fits your needs.  This quilt is easily made with a coordinated fat quarter bundle of your favorite colors.

OPTION #3
Quilt of Many Techniques - $295
Queen Size Quilt

Confident to Intermediate

Center is a purchased Panel
Add 5 interesting borders and DONE!

You can choose an easier method for one or all of the borders as you desire.

Imagine the possibilities for this quilt:

This quilt is one which will give you many opportunities to learn new skills.  We will start with a unique and pretty purchased quilt panel of your choice and build your quilt from there by adding some interesting borders - that's it!  Because panels vary in size, I will individualize accordingly.

Each Border is a learning opportunity:

1st Border ) Skinny 1/4" border technique - used around the purchased center panel.

2nd Border ) Dye painting fabric:  Dye painting is fast, easy and really fun.  I achieved the exact color mixes that worked so well as the colors blended and progressed from light to dark.  You'll have your fabric painted and ready to use in about 1 1/2 hours.

3rd Border)  Simple 3 piece foundation pieced half-square triangles with straight inserted color - a total of only 3 pieces on each pattern to include an stripe of color insert (yellow/aqua/fuschia blocks).

4th /Outer Border)  Continuous bias tape  The bias tape will serve to make the outer border pieces appear as if they are curved pieced, but there is NO curved piecing at all!  The bias tape is used to join the 2 colors of fabric.   Used in the outer border in my quilt with purple/batik and gold tape.

5)  Magic binding application. - learn how to make magic binding or use your usual binding technique.

Challenges are provided to stretch your quilt tool belt, but not too difficult and you'll have a beautiful quilt in the end.  Or choose the easy route and have an equally beautiful quilt.
